  • I am assuming Zoho Reports is a separate component that must be purchased. How can I find out the details?

    Yes, Zoho Reports is an online business Intelligence application offered by ManageEngine's sister concern, Zoho.com. You can find the details on ServiceDesk Plus & Zoho Reports integration here.

  • How can I integrate ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus with Zoho Reports?

    Please follow this link for set-up process of Zoho Reports into ServiceDesk Plus. Also, you can access video on the set-up process here. (The Zoho Reports UI shown in the set-up video is the older version. Please check out this video for latest version of Zoho Reports)

  • Is the "Users" based on number of technicians that you are licensed for?

    No. Zoho Reports subscription is independent of your ServiceDesk Plus license. You can opt for any number of users for Zoho Reports irrespective of the number of technicians that you are licensed for. You can check the pricing plan details here.

  • Is there a timeline to have change management implemented? Do you know what quarter?

    As of now, it is difficult to commit a proper timeline. We are still working on it and we'll send out a formal notification to all the users once we are ready to roll it out.

  • This tool is available for everyone who have access to ManageEngine Product or you must buy it for separately?

    Yes, it is available for every one. However the Free edition in Zoho Reports can have up to a maximum of 10,000 Rows/Records. If your requirement is beyond this, you may need to upgrade your Zoho Reports subscription plan. You can check the pricing plan details here

  • I just don't see the difference between the out the box SLA reports in SDP, and creating report through Zoho Reports.

    The default reports capture the prominent metrics in SDP, however you could quickly create any report that you require with an easy-to-use drag & drop interface in minutes. Also, beside out of the box and custom reports, there is a provision of creating advanced reports through database queries with ServiceDesk Plus. But with Zoho Reports, you don't need to write any queries or scripts.

    Zoho Reports also packs more capabilities including Powerful Formula Engine, Wide range of charts, Matrix Reports, Flexible Dashboard creator, KPI widgets and much more to enable powerful analysis & reporting

  • Whether it will be applicable for Assets management? How it will work for change management?

    The Asset Management & Change Management module data cannot be exported to Zoho Reports as of now. We are still working on it and we'll send out a formal notification to all the users once we are ready to roll it out.

  • Will Zoho Reports work with an on-premise SDP setup? The integration to SDP is not free, correct?

    Yes, Zoho Reports will work with SDP on-premise set-up. After setting up the integration, you will get a 30-day free trial in '5 users & 500,000 rows' plan of Zoho Reports. Subsequent to the trial period, you can choose to purchase any of the paid plans of Zoho Reports. If not, Zoho Reports will continue to work with the free plan (2 users & 10,000 rows).   • With regard to the pricing and users. How many rows does 1 ticket generally require? Or is 1 row equal to 1 ticket?

    In general 1 Request ticket in SDP will correlate to 1 row/record in Zoho Reports. In case if Tasks and Worklogs corresponding to the Requests are synchronized into Zoho Reports, then each task and each worklog will count as separate records/rows in Zoho Reports.

  • Is there any restriction in using the zoho reports in standard free edition? will we get support for the free edition?

    There is no restriction on the usage of Zoho Reports even for the free edition of ServiceDesk Plus. You can check the pricing plan details here.

    We will provide technical support even for users in the Free Edition of Zoho Reports.

  • Is there a way that I can generate a report that looks through descriptions for keywords and create a graph as to how many times this word shows up?

    It is possible to generate reports if the keyword exists in Subject of a request.

    As Zoho Reports does not retrieve descriptions /mail contents of a request, it is not possible to analyze those fields.

  • How can I integrate Manage Engine into SharePoint/OnePortal?

    As of now, SharePoint cannot be integrated with ServiceDesk Plus.

  • When will Zoho Reports be available for integration with cloud version of ServiceDesk Plus?

    We are currently working on integrating Zoho Reports with ServiceDesk Plus On-Demand and expect to roll it out by end of this quarter.

  • Is there a trial version I can use ? or a free version will be integrated with my existing ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus?

  • Hi, I am from Brasil, and its the first time I see Zoho, this is an optional feature to servicedesk? Is this in brazilian portuguese also?

    Yes, this is an optional Add-On, that would help you to analyze and create insightful reports over your SDP data.

    Zoho Reports supports Portuguese language too.

  • Since Zoho is a US company it is subject to the patriot act. Since I work for a Canadian company, tell me what information they have access to in our ServiceDesk Plus if we use Zoho for reports?

    Requests, Worklogs and Task Modules from your SDP alone will be pushed into Zoho Reports.

    Further, all of us at Zoho are committed to ensure our customers data is both SAFE and SECURE. We have very stringent processes and systems in place to ensure the same.

    1. Redundancy: Our servers and storage are in a Grid setup with redundant servers and backup.
    2. Physical Security: 365 days manned security with layered Physical Security. Entry is restricted by 3 layers of two factor authentication.
