Issues fixed in Hotfix - Build 6007:
- The Upgrade Patch is now made available for MSSQL version as well.
- Server getting crashed during scheduled requester import from Active Directory is fixed.
- Occasionally emails are not fetched properly has been fixed.
- Newly added technician names are not listed in 'Group' screen has been fixed.
- Pick list values in additional fields are sorted alphabetically.
- Child OU's are automatically selected when parent OU is selected.
- Software list view is not shown when sorted based on Software Type has been fixed.
- In the Notification rules screen, the draft can now be displayed even when it is added in 'Plain text mode'.
- Native characters are now supported in the Request Approval screen.
Issues fixed in Hotfix - Build 6006:
- Schedule report was not working after migration is fixed.
- Due date of Request was getting set on a Holiday when the Holiday date was from 1 to 9 of a given month is fixed.
- Duplicate request in report after migration is fixed.
- Scheduled Backup directory has been renamed to trimmedbackup (i.e. without attachments).
Issues fixed in Hotfix - Build 6005:
- AD Import/Scan was not working when child node was selected is fixed.
Issues fixed in Hotfix - Build 6004:
- Solutions search on Title, Description and Keywords did not give results even when they were present is fixed.
- Solution of other Topics were getting displayed for Topics which did not have a solution directly under them is fixed.
- Due date of Request was getting set on a Non working day when Operational hours was set as 24 hours is fixed.
- In Bulk Edit, if UDF Pick List is set to 'Leave it as' then value is set to -1 is fixed.
- Subcategory/Item not getting populated during page edit is fixed.
- Workstation Duplication Problem is fixed.
- Attachment containing a comma in filename for an incoming email request was not saved properly is fixed.
- Add time entry does not set correctly (i.e. Jan 1 1970 was getting set) in Non English language is fixed.
- Resolution date changes when the request was edited is fixed.
- Editing a Preventive Maintenance request the group and technician were not getting updated is fixed.
- Default values of Request Additional fields were not getting set in New Request form is fixed.
- Javascript error thrown on clicking Reports in Russian Language is fixed.

Issues fixed in Hotfix - Build 6003:
- Patch upgrade is supported for SQL Server.
- Description was lost after taking backup from SQL server and restoring is fixed.
- In Workstation details and Report page Memory was shown as 2 MB instead of 2 GB is fixed. NOTE: Scan all workstations after applying this hotfix.
- Clicking technician details, out of memory was thrown is fixed.
- When Department was unchecked during import from AD, the department was getting added in DepartmentDefinition table is fixed.
- Merge requests from list view was throwing array index out of bounds exception is fixed.
- Conversation addition Notification mail sent to technician contained main requests description instead of conversation one is fixed.
- Departments marked (i.e. Flagged) as deleted were getting displayed during asset allocation is fixed.
- Operation aborted Error was thrown in IE when editing Request template for the second time is fixed.
- New Request form Subcategory and Item were garbled for Non English language is fixed.
- Solution search was not showing more than 10 results and junk characters were displayed when selecting page navigation is fixed.
- Business rule not working in Russian and Polish language is fixed.

- Browser cache need to be cleared manually after upgrade has been fixed.
- When sub-category was chosen as mandatory, Add request was throwing an error is fixed.

- Exception thrown when editing the requester info who was created from new request form is fixed.
- Request Approval link not working in Outlook mail client is fixed.
- In Home under My Summary pending, over due and due today text link not working is fixed.
- When submitting new request from Quick Create form Non English characters were displayed as junk is fixed.
- Request 'Resolution' tab and 'Add Time Entry' button was not working if the Request title contained a single quote is fixed.
- Issue with adding New Subcategory and New Item after upgrade is fixed.
- Technician names in Add Task window was not in Alphabetical order is fixed.
New features in Major Release- Build 6000:
- Support for MSSQL backend database. Execute changeDBServer.batscript from <servicedesk_home>/bin directory to configure mssql database.
- Tasks can be added to requests and different owners can be assigned for different tasks. This will help to handle requests with multiple workorders.
- Role for Reports - Technicians can be given permission for Reports module without having administrative privilege.
- Predefined Templates for requests - A configurable template to submit requests quickly with complete details.
- Custom views : Ability to create user defined filter criteria for viewing requests.
- Support for approval process for Requests.
- Ability to configure mandatory fields while closing a request.
- Support to edit multiple requests.
- Support to save reply to request as draft and to send it for review.
- Spell check utility in request reply.
- Scheduled requester import from Active Directory - You will have an option here to choose the fields to import from AD.
- Ability to disable requesters from editing their details in Self Service Portal.
- Editing request, requester information from request details page itself.
- Support to add new requester from request module, apart from adding from Admin module.
- Support for inline images in solutions.
- Category - Sub Category - Item hierarchy: A three level drill down for the category, which will populate the respective sub-categories on choosing a category and the respective items on choosing a sub-category.
- Keep me Signed in - an option in the login page, which when enabled once, will directly take to the home page without the overhead of logging in again, unless the password is not changed.
Enhancements in Major Release- Build 6000:
- Department Head Role - A role which can be assigned to requesters which enables them to view the requests raised by other users from the same department.
- Ability to notify technicians before the SLA for the request is violated.
- Ability to customize SLA violation notification email.
- Support to customize the Survey emails sent to requesters.
- Add / Edit / View Notes added Requests from the Requests list view page. Also support for editing Notes is included.
- An option to add resolution while adding the request. Also time spent entry can be provided when adding resolution to the request.
- Support to merge multiple requests from requests list view page itself.
- Option to choose the actual working date and time while adding Time Entries to Requests.
- Option to send Email notification as soon as an announcement is posted.
- Purchase approval role for approving / rejecting Purchase Orders.
- Attachments made to contracts can be edited.
Issues fixed in Major Release- Build 6000:
- Assets associated with Purchase order loose association when the Asset Name is changed is fixed.
- Department names are not listed in alphabetical order when a requester is added is fixed.
- User info getting added as a requester even when a request is dropped in spam filter is fixed.
- Ability to search contract based on contract id.
- Request URL is not proper in the email notifications received is fixed.
- Request getting added again when page refresh is done just after adding a new request is fixed.
- Scan schedules are not saved properly is fixed.
- Users list is not populated occasionally when allocating owner to asset is fixed.
- Issue of new request getting created when a reply is made for thread acknowledgement is fixed.
- Default values are not set when request are generated from Quick create is fixed.
- Workstations are getting duplicated during scanning (due to IP address change) is fixed.
Known Issues & Limitations in Major Release - Build 6000:
- Some text might not get localised into locale languagues. A patch for the same will be supplied soon.
- During Active Directory import, OU names containing '/' or ',' will not be listed for import and javascript error will be thrown.
- In MSSQL database in case of any issues while performing an operation, error messages to the client will not be proper. This will be fixed in our subsequent patch.
- In Mysql database, search of descritpion field in request is case sensitive (other fields are case insensitive). This will be fixed in our next patch.
- Internet Explorer 7.0 is not a supported browser for now and will be supported in future releases.
- Survey reports will not work in MSSQL database. This will be fixed in subsequent patch.
