Hotfix Releases

Note : ServicePacks are scheduled to be released on the first working day of every month. The list of isssue's rolled in each servicepack is subject to change based on priority and time.

Issue's to be fixed

  • Criteria with condition's like "Is Not", "Contains", "Ends With" etc not displaying the unassigned records.
  • Technician names not sorted alphabetically in Add / Edit task page.
  • Error while adding a business service to an asset. ( Earlier model allowed only one asset to be associated to a service. So if another asset already related to a service, you would not be able to another asset to the same service. Datamodel will be changed to allow multiple assets for a service )
  • SubCategory and Item variables unavailable in notification rules.
  • "Asset", "Workstation" and "Software" options available in the search dropdown only when clicking the 'Asset' tab. Not displayed fot other modules.
  • Unable to add a technician group in French language.
  • Asset relationship tab displays department name in place of user name.
  • Unable to view attachments with non english file names in Problem, Change and Contract modules.
  • UDF Fields are not editable after migration.
  • SDP Screens not proper when viewed in IE version's 6.0.26 and 6.0.28

Features to be added

  • Support for secure mail fetching (POPS, IMAPS).
  • Option to see all open changes, completed changes and approved changes in change calendar view.
  • Request creation takes a longer time.( Notifications enabled was being sent in sync mode.i.e. the request details page will be displayed only after sending all the notifications. Therefore whenever there is a delay in sending notifications, request creation gets slower. From now on notifications will be sent in async mode )
  • Option to change to any state after adding a resolution for a request.
  • "Department Name" added to Incident list view section and Incident ID will be displayed by default in the list view.
  • "Serial No" added in Asset list view section.
