Download HotFix 4100 for ServiceDesk 4.1
Important: If you are using ServiceDesk Plus 4.0, build numbers 4000 to 4003 (How can I find my Build Number?), DO NOT apply this HotFix. A separate Service Pack for migrating from 4.0 to Version 4.1 will be made available in a few days time.

Instructions to apply the HotFix 4100
- Shut down ServiceDesk Plus Server.
- Run the script UpdateManager.bat (UpdateManager.sh for Linux) in the <ServiceDesk_Plus_Home>/bin folder. This opens the Update Manager tool.
- Click Browse to select the HotFix file (that you had downloaded and saved) and then click Install...
- Follow the on-screen instructions to apply the HotFix.
- Once the upgrade is complete, start ServiceDesk Plus Server again.
HotFix 4100 README
This HotFix contains the following fixes & enhancements
- Javascript error that pops up in Internet Explorer while trying to invoke windows domain scan.
- Duplication of requesters when importing from Active Directory for the second time
- Problem of requester details, for example, department, email etc, not getting fetched from Active Directory while importing from Active Directory
- Provision to bulk delete requesters.
How can I find the Build Number of ServiceDesk Plus?
- In the ServiceDesk Plus web client, click the About link on the top right of the page.
- You should see the Build Number mentioned on the top right of the pop-up page that opens.
- Check the following image guide to locate the build number.
