AMS is usually charged at 20% of the product cost.

You will be notified about your AMS expiry on the user interface and will also be contacted by our sales team via email. Upon renewing your AMS, you will receive an XML file, which you will have to apply in OpUtils using the License link available in the top-right of the client.

You can also verify the details of your current license and AMS details by clicking the About link from top-right. If you have renewed your AMS contract and if you do not find your AMS details here, you would porbably have not applied the license here or you have received your AMS in PDF format instead of XML. Check with the sales team to get this clarified.
