End users boast about IT management business benefits at the Service Desk and IT Support show 2013

Four ManageEngine customers are so impressed with the real-time IT management company's solutions that they are giving up their free time to educate other IT managers on how they too could reap the rewards

London, United Kingdom – 22 April, 2013 - ManageEngine, the real-time IT management company, today announces it is handing control of its exhibition booth (#320) over to its customers at the UK’s premier Service Desk and IT Support (SITS) event in London, running from 23-24 April.  Senior IT management staff from ArjoHuntleigh, BMI Healthcare, Dartington School and Know IT will be on-site for the duration of the conference to educate delegates on the benefits ManageEngine solutions have delivered to their businesses, and how they too can reap the rewards of real-time IT management technology for a fraction of the cost of other competing products currently available in the market.

In addition to hearing firsthand about the challenges their IT industry peers have overcome, SITS attendees can witness live product demonstrations of ManageEngine’s ServiceDesk Plus, ServiceDesk Plus-MSP, ADManager PlusADAudit Plus, ADSelfService Plus, Exchange Reporter Plus, Desktop Central and Desktop Central-MSP.  ManageEngine staff will also be on-site to address any direct enquiries about the product portfolio and how these could be customized to address industry specific or individual business, IT and regulatory compliance needs.

Arvind Parthiban, marketing manager - ITSM, ManageEngine, said: "We live in an age where the world of IT is no longer a siloed industry. Technology plays an ever-important role in all markets, sectors and industries including education, health and outsourced business process – among many others. We believe that real-time IT management solutions not only aid internal and external IT teams, but the wider organization regardless of how big they are or the business they specialize in.  After receiving multiple testaments to support this claim from our customers, we asked if they would be willing to help other like-minded IT management professionals realize similar benefits in their own companies. The volume of customers willing to give up their free time to do so, was overwhelming to say the least."

"While our employees will be available to answer any specific technical or customization questions relating to the ManageEngine product family, they are not in the driver's seat on the stand.  We don’t see ourselves as your traditional IT management vendor, so why follow the norm when it comes to tradeshows. We truly value the customer consultation process and invest heavily in R&D. For this reason, we are able to provide IT departments and businesses with the functionality and the features they actually need, while minimizing overhead costs.  But don't take our word for it, come and speak to people who use our technology day-in and day-out,"  concluded Parthiban.
