Pre-requisites

Before you upgrade make sure you backup the following data:

Navigate to Reports tab and export all the essential data.
It is recommended to download and backup the recorded remote sessions and logs.
Export the data of endpoints currently managed in Remote Access console.

Steps to upgrade

Click here and login with your old credentials to access the latest version.
Download and install agent on the computers by following any of these steps.
Once you successfully deploy agents, the devices will be available in Remote Access Plus console.

Note:

Move your endpoints to new console before March, 2023.
After the mentioned time, you will not have access to the old console.
