    Download the mobile app.
  • Step 2

    In the Remote Access Plus web console, navigate to Admin > Global Settings > Mobile App.
  • Step 3

    Open the app on your mobile phone. Choose Cloud or On-Premises.
  • Step 4

    Enter the server details and login credentials available in the Remote Access Plus console. You are good to go—the app will be configured successfully.
