- Discover sensitive data in Office 365: Scan for sensitive data (PII and ePHI) across OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online.
- Schedule tenant-wide data discovery scans: When a scan is scheduled for a tenant, DataSecurity Plus covers all the data sources associated with that tenant—OneDrive files, SharePoint site files, and Exchange mailboxes.
- Generate detailed risk assessment reports: Get information on content that violates security and compliance policies, including details such as file properties, permissions, location, and more.

Enhancements
- The File Analysis module now reports on the effective permissions of groups and well-known security principals.
Bug fixes
- In the File Audit module, cluster addition and share removal actions can be performed without a hitch.
- File names starting with "~" will be automatically excluded from all reports.
- Custom report filters now allow special characters.
- Crunch issue causing incorrect graphs to be displayed on File Audit's Domain Overview has been fixed.
- Technicians can login without any issues after DataSecurity Plus is updated from build 5012 to 6000.

- On-the-fly duplicate file deletion: Administrators can delete duplicate files right from the Duplicate Files report. Further, each deletion will be recorded in the technician audit log.
Enhancements
- The Files Pasted report now shows the location from where a user last copied a file, if the file was copied via the same machine.
- Alerts in the Endpoint module can be viewed based on their profile type.
Bug fixes
- Move/delete responses can now be executed without any issues when sensitive files are copied to clipboard.
- Users can now classify files without any disruptions in 32-bit OS environments too.

- ‘Access Analysis Reports‘- Pre-configured reports that provide a summary view of the- Most accessed/modified files, Most accesses by process/user and Files accessed/modified after N days.
- ‘Storage Analysis Reports‘- Help isolate old, stale (unused), unmodified, large, hidden and non-business files and also provides graphical insight into how your disk space is being utilized.
- Threshold based alerts- Lets the admin define a threshold limit beyond which alerts can be triggered, which allows for detection of ransomware and other similar attacks for instance.
