Adding Domains or Workgroups

This page will help you understand how to add a domain / workgroup under Remote Access's management. With Remote Access, you can manage computers belonging to multiple domains, workgroups and Novell e-Directories.

Discovering Domains / Workgroups

The first step while adding a domain / workgroup under Remote Access is to create a remote office with a Distribution Server and configure a AD connector. This will help in fetching the details of the domain and computers associated.

While adding a domain / workgroup, ensure you provide credentials with Administrative Privileges as this account will be used to deploy agents to the network computers.
