1. Where do I find the log files to send to Technical Support for analysis?

1. I tried installing the BIN file on a Linux machine, but the installation program quits abruptly without any message.
2. I get the message "Enter a proper Manageengine license file" during installation.
3. When updating a service pack or a patch, I get the message "The ppm file that you have specified is not compatible with this product".
