User report does not show the user accounts that exist in the Active Directory

Reason: The appropriate Domain Controller might not be the first domain controller in the domain settings of ADManager Plus.

Solution:

  • Check if the appropriate domain controller, in which the required user accounts are located, is set as the first domain controller and make it the first one in the list of domain controller in the domain settings.
  • Look for the first domain controller specified in the domain settings of ADManager Plus, log into that specific domain controller and check if the required user account(s) are present. Else set the appropriate domain controller as the first one.
