At ManageEngine, we continuously develop and enhance ADSelfService Plus, our Active Directory self-service password management and single sign-on solution. To give our customers the best possible experience, we have announced a product life cycle plan for ADSelfService Plus.
Every month, ManageEngine releases new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. Major version updates are released yearly. Details on the latest release will be updated in the product forum as well as communicated to users through email. To see the list of builds we have released recently, visit our release notes page.
We provide support for all ADSelfService Plus versions released in the last five years, provided you have a valid annual subscription or annual maintenance and support (AMS) subscription.
Although we support older versions (up to five years), we strongly encourage our users to update to the latest version to benefit from new features, critical bug fixes, and enhancements. If you are using an old version that was released more than five years ago, contact support@adselfserviceplus.com, and we will help you migrate to the latest version.
Update plans for existing customers:
A: Yes, updates to future versions are free, provided you have a valid annual subscription or AMS subscription.
A: Please write to our sales team (sales@manageengine.com). They will help you with a price quote for renewing your AMS subscription. After renewal, you can continue to avail support and upgrades as before.
A: AMS is priced 20 percent of the product's list price. The pricing information can be verified in our online store. Don't hesitate to write to sales@manageengine.com for further clarification.
