The startDB.bat (for windows) or startDB.sh (for Linux) file is to be downloaded based on the version of My SQL bundled in your PMP version. Follow the procedure below to identify the suitable file:

If you find the word "requireSSL=true" Download this startDB.bat (for Windows) or startDB.sh (for Linux) and overwrite the existing file under <PMP-Installation-Folder>/bin directory. Before overwriting it, stop PMP server (if running)

If you DO NOT find the word "requireSSL=true" Download this startDB.bat file (for Windows) or startDB.sh (for Linux) and overwrite the existing file under <PMP-Installation-Folder>/bin directory. Before overwriting it, stop PMP server (if running)
