Steps to Create Support File for Bandwidth Monitor

1. Select Admin --> Settings --> General tab
2. Change the Log Level to INFO and Save.
3. Delete and add the interfaces again in the Bandwidth Monitor tool.
4. Wait for 10 minutes.
5. Select the Support tab and click Create Support File link
6. Upload the file from http://bonitas.zohocorp.com/upload/index.jsp?to=oputils-support@manageengine.com
