The user provided in the 'Organization Settings' page is not a member of view only administrative group

Cause:

The User credential provided in the 'Organization Settings' page or while configuring 'Exchange Reporter Plus Service' is not a member of the desired privileged group.

Resolution:

Verify if the user provided in the 'Organization Settings' page is a member of one of the following Groups

• 'Exchange View only Administrator Group', if Exchange Server 2003 User
• 'Exchange Organizational Administrator Group', if Exchange Server 2007 User
• 'Organizational management Group', if Exchange 2010 User.

The user credential should also have "Send As" and "Receive As" permissions on Organization Mailboxes. When the Product is installed as a Service, the configured Service Account must also be a local system administrator account.
