Regular Updates

ManageEngine listens to its customers and plan periodic enhancements to the product and also add new features for the betterment of the product and its users. These enhancements are delivered to the users in the form of Hotfixes, Service Packs and upgrade packs, which will be notified to the users in the product and through product Newsletters.

Customer Fixes

While these periodic updates are planned and released once in a month, any customer reported issues are given immediate attention and a fix will be provided to the reporter privately as soon as possible. These customer fixes are not publicly announced as some may be very specific to a customer environment. The support team will keep constant touch with the customer to ensure that the fix provided has resolved the reported problem. These fixes will get integrated to our Regular Updates subsequently.

Security Updates

Security udpates are released to fix critical issues that could affect all the users and/or vulnerable to attacks. We will try to get these fixes released to all users as soon as possible.
