Ping API

这个API可以用来Ping给定的服务器或给定的监视器的resourceid所对应的服务器，Ping命令将会被执行，结果将会作为请求返回。

XML响应API：

http://[ APM Host ]:[ APM Port ]/AppManager/xml/Ping?apikey=[ API Key ]&resourceid='10000157'

JSON响应API：

字段	描述
APIKey	这是用户API Key
Description	这是用户账户在创建时的设置的描述信息
EmailID	这是用户的电子邮件地址
GroupName	这是用户账户的类型，包括：操作员、管理员、经理等
UserImage	这是用户图案路径
UserID	这是用户的ID
UserName	这是用户的用户名
