Configuring audit policies

To configure audit policies in your EMC storage devices, follow the steps below:

• Install the VNX CIFS Management MMC Snap-in in the ADAudit Plus server or in any domain server, and open it.

• Right-click Data Mover Management and select the Data Mover.

  

• Navigate to Data Mover Management > Data Mover Security Settings > Audit Policy.

• Enable Audit Object Access for both Success and Failure events.

  

• Click OK.
