How to enable automatic download of feature pack ISO image

Follow the below steps to enable automatic download of ISO image:

  • Stop the server and open an elevated command prompt.
  • Type and execute the command: taskkill /IM phantomjs.exe /F.

This error message can be skipped. 
Error: The process "phantomjs.exe" is not found.

  • Delete all the files in <server-installed-directory>/lib/downloadTool folder.
  • Download a zip file here
  • Copy and paste the downloaded file in <server-installed-directory>/lib/downloadTool/new folder.
  • Start the server and open the web console.
  • Select the feature pack updates you wish to deploy and click Download patches / Install Patch. Now Server will automatically download the necessary files.
