How to approve/reject upload request from service now

Network Configuration Manager raises tickets in ServiceNow whenever users request for configuration uploads. To approve or reject these requests, follow these steps:

  1. Select the incident ticket in ServiceNow.
  2. Scroll down to the Resolution Information section.
  3. Select the Resolution Code that matches the type of resolution you are providing.
  4. Enter "approve" in the "Resolution notes" text box.
  5. Click "Resolve"
