How to integrate NCM with ServiceDesk Plus OnDemand?

• Get your Grant Token for ServiceDesk Plus Cloud from this page.
• Select your domain from the dropdown and click Validate
• On the next page, select your portal from the Portal Settings dropdown
• In the Ticket Settings enable ticket creation for backup failure alerts and configuration upload requests.
• Click Save
