Unable to apply Global HTTP Proxy profile

Problem

You're trying to push Global HTTP Proxy profile to Android devices and get the error "Unable to apply Global HTTP Proxy" in the MDM MSP web console.

Cause

The profile distribution fails because the Global HTTP Proxy has been configured in such a way that the MDM MSP Server cannot reach the device to distribute the profile. 

Resolution

1. Ensure that the selected global HTTP proxy is running.
2. Ensure that the proxy server is reachable from the mobile device.
3. Ensure that the MDM MSP server is reachable via the proxy server.
